Set on a farm in the Connecticut countryside, we love Erin and James’ simplistic style and homespun elegance.
They made their own altar from collected bottles, twine, and cedar branches, and plucked wildflowers from a nearby field for the bride’s bouquet.
Look at those communal tables! Made for everybody to be cozy and familial. Okay, here’s the one thing we just can’t resist imagining, though … pews (are you surprised?). But seriously! Take a gander at the benches Erin used:
Quaint and lovely, of course; but, with all-due respect, we think a few delicately-dressed vintage pews would have done the trick. 😉 Have a wonderful, beautiful autumn weekend! For this wedding’s details, visit Erin’s blog and 100 Layer Cake.
